Mr. Jonah Lange

Jonah earned his Masters in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Jamestown and holds a bachelor’s degree from NDSU in physical and health education. He comes to Capstone from Park Christian School in Moorhead, where he has served for the past three years as the strength and conditioning coach and assistant football coach.

As Capstone’s Activities Director, Jonah strives to offer Christ-centered athletics, arts, and clubs led by faculty and coaches who love the Lord and long to encourage young men and women in their sanctification through the process of co-curricular activities. Jonah loves the privilege of teaching in a school that strives to point students and faculty to Christ and to humbly serve one another.

Jonah and his wife, Jessica, have been married for five years and have two children. They are faithful members of Harvest Plains Church in Mapleton. Jessica leads the hospitality ministry, and Jonah co-leads a life group that meets in south Fargo. In his free time, Jonah enjoys volunteering as a referee for powerlifting, hunting, and going to the park with his family.
