Roxanne is a lifelong North Dakotan, raised on a farm with her eight siblings. She received an elementary education degree and a kindergarten license from MSUM and has taught for 14 years in the JPII Catholic Schools.
Her desire to join the Capstone community began by learning about the classical Christian model of education. She is drawn to its intentional pursuit of what is Good, True, and Beautiful and its goal of forming critical thinkers and articulate communicators. She feels it will be a great gift to participate in a community so clearly striving to draw students closer to Jesus through education.
Roxanne and her husband, Brian, are members of Sts. Anne & Joachim church. They have been married for 26 years and are raising six children from 8 to 23 years of age. Their family is often playing board and card games or on a bike ride. In her spare time, Roxanne enjoys reading, scrapbooking and baking.
