Girls Volleyball

Coach Roisum has been coaching volleyball for over 10 years, working with players of all ages from elementary through high school. She played volleyball throughout high school and planned to continue her volleyball career at Mayville State University before injuries prevented her from competing. She later graduated from Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa, with a degree in Elementary Education and Biblical Studies.

In addition to coaching, Coach Roisum teaches second grade at Capstone. She joined the Capstone staff in the fall of 2023 and launched the school’s volleyball program from the ground up, building it up to one of Capstone's most robust athletic programs today. Coach Roisum is passionate about coaching and mentoring her athletes, focusing not only on developing strong athletic skills but also on the mental side of the game. Above all, she strives to instill in her players that the ultimate goal—whether in sports or in life—is to bring glory to Christ.
