Tuition & Tuition Support

Capstone Classical Academy is committed to studying what it costs to faithfully fulfill the mission of the academy while making a classical and Christian education accessible to as many families as possible through its tuition support program.

Tuition Philosophy

Capstone Classical Academy believes that exemplary stewardship of financial resources is a God-given responsibility. Tuition dollars represent a sacred trust between parents and school leadership, and we believe that we will answer to God for how we manage the resources with which He has entrusted us for the holy calling of education. Tuition is set by the board of directors in order to fulfill the mission of the academy with excellence—to the glory of God and for the blessing of our students. We accomplish this through prayer, generosity, and sacrifice, but we will always charge enough tuition to keep our promises to our partners. We are also committed to making a classical Christian education accessible to as many families as possible through our tuition support program, The Golden Gryphon Fund. Every January, an annual report that details how well we are accomplishing these goals will be provided to all Capstone stakeholders because we all share the same objectives and benefit from the thoughts, questions, and feedback of one another.

At Capstone, our tuition and fees cover all classroom activities and the delivery of the full scope of our school-day academic program. There are no fees for technology, textbooks, workbooks, or other curriculum. Extracurricular activities may, at times, require payment of a nominal fee to offset expenses incurred by the school by offering those after-school activities. These activities will be entirely optional.

Tuition Support Program

Thanks to the generosity of enthusiastic friends of the academy, Capstone offers a robust tuition support program for families that could benefit from tuition support to make a classical and Christian education possible for their children.

You may apply for tuition support program with our partner, FACTS Tuition Management. FACTS conducts a financial needs assessment. For new students, tuition support application will not be considered until you complete your application for admission. Students who are currently enrolled and returning need not resubmit an application for admission.

Upon completing the application for admission, you will need to apply for support through the FACTS financial aid portal and submit all supporting documents requested there. The application requires a $40 fee to be paid upon submission. The priority deadline is April 15, but applications will be considered year-round. The earlier you complete your application for admission and your tuition support application, the more likely it is that there will be funds available to you. If you need assistance with the application, you may call FACTS family care at 866-441-4637.

Capstone Classical Academy admits students of any race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It doesn’t discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admission policies, scholarship and financial aid programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Continuous Enrollment

At Capstone Classical Academy, we recognize the value in a long-term partnership with families in the education of their children. We are also committed to strategic stewardship of resources and to planning with excellence. As a result, we utilize  continuous enrollment. From the time of admission, your child will be considered enrolled at Capstone through their 12th grade graduation or until enrollment is otherwise ended by the parent or by the academy by the processes outlined in the parent-student handbook.

Information Carryover

Each student’s information (i.e. address, phone, email, emergency contacts, and medical information) is continuous from grade to grade in FACTS SIS/Family Portal. We will maintain the database by reminding parents to send updates to admissions@capstoneclassical.com.

Upcoming School Year Tuition and Fees

In January, Capstone’s tuition information for the next academic year will be announced and made available on this page. The enrollment fee will be charged to each student’s account on March 15.
