Called to serve.

Our Team

Our teachers, administrators, and staff are at the heart of our mission to engage students to acquire wisdom, cultivate virtue, and pursue rigorous academic study within a Christian worldview. They have all successfully completed a rigorous evaluation process in order to be selected for our team. They serve as stewards of a great legacy in classical Christian education.

After living the homeschool life, her youngest three girls are now a part of the Capstone student body. Beth appreciates the focus Capstone places on acknowledging Christ as our Savior and sanctifier, the education of the whole child, and the way students are challenged to ponder life deeply. She is excited to be a part of Capstone alongside her daughters, getting to know more intimately the functions of the school and the families she serves.

Beth, along with her husband Josh and their children, is a part of the church body at The Summit in West Fargo where she serves by teaching Sunday School, helping with accounts payable, and mentoring young moms. Brady’s expertise is in developing high-performing teams that drive consistent execution across multiple businesses with integrity and passion. He is excited for the opportunity to put his faith at the center of his life and serve Capstone in helping build a sports culture that teaches kids how to integrate their Faith into everything they do. Sports should be a platform to create real life experiences that allow us to help guide our kids in how to deal with them, good and bad. How to have passion for something, and learn emotional control when things don’t go the way you want. It’s about teaching them how to show up to practice and compete in a passionate and healthy way. Some places use kids to build their sports program. We want to use our sports program to build our kids.

Outside work, Brady enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and six kids, coaching sports teams, traveling, and engaging in all of his kids' activities.
