    Mr. Brady Nash

    Associate Head for Athletics

Brady is the co-founder and former CEO of BNG Team and ConnectBooster, which provides FinTech products and B2B services to thousands of companies in all 50 states as well as internationally. During this journey, BNG made the Inc 5000 list 7yrs in a row for fastest growing private companies in the Nation, ranking as high as second in North Dakota and 1,769 in the nation. BNG also received Inc’s Best Workplaces Award in 2019 and 2020—the only company in North Dakota to receive this award and one of only 300 companies to receive it nationwide.

Brady’s expertise is in developing high-performing teams that drive consistent execution across multiple businesses with integrity and passion. He is excited for the opportunity to put his faith at the center of his life and serve Capstone in helping build a sports culture that teaches kids how to integrate their Faith into everything they do. Sports should be a platform to create real life experiences that allow us to help guide our kids in how to deal with them, good and bad. How to have passion for something, and learn emotional control when things don’t go the way you want. It’s about teaching them how to show up to practice and compete in a passionate and healthy way. Some places use kids to build their sports program. We want to use our sports program to build our kids.

Outside work, Brady enjoys spending time with his family, including his wife and six kids, coaching sports teams, traveling, and engaging in all of his kids' activities.

    Mr. Doug Johnson

    Director of Finance

Doug brings with him more than 25 years of executive-level experience in financial management, accounting, and organizational leadership. Over the course of his career, he has served as CFO and Controller for multiple construction companies, managing everything from cash flow and payroll to risk management and strategic planning. • simon ell 25

    Mr. Simon Ell

    Facilities and Maintenance Manager

Simon was born and raised in Fergus Falls, Minnesota before enlisting to serve in the Air Force. His time in service took him across the country and across the world. He was stationed in California and Virginia, deployed to Afghanistan, then ultimately landed here in Fargo as part of the North Dakota Air National Guard. After 8 years in the military, Simon felt God tell him it was time for a change, and transitioned to civilian life.

Only a few months into this new life, he became connected with Capstone through friends and family. After volunteering to help the school move into their brand new campus, leadership took notice of him and offered him a job. "It was definitely the Lord who led me to Capstone. From my first time drafting up a resume and cover letter, to the smooth sailing through the interview process, I could tell that it was just all meant to be."

As facilities and maintenance manager, Simon's goal here at Capstone is that in 30 years this beautiful building still looks as new and cared-for as it does today. By working diligently behind the scenes, he hopes to support everyone else in what they do directly for the students and families.

Simon attends Northview Church here in Fargo, and in his free time enjoys fishing, golf, video games, and fixing up cars.
